This is the City of San Bruno's first LEED Platinum home.

The family took on the challenge and opportunity to build this virtually electricity indendepent home.While the slab foundation of the home’s green building serves as the cornerstone for this new extended family home.

Palo Alto Victorian

This is a 100 year-old Victorian with a whole new life. We raised it up and added a new level underneath to double the living space while preserving the original character.

San Mateo Pool House

These San Mateo homeowners wanted a fabulous indoor/outdoor living space. By using NanaWalls, the doors open completely between the family room and the garden poolside. The main house is traditional in design so our construction manager created a more simple and timeless look to integrate this inviting, modern technology.
