At Springs Construction, we are committed to fine craftsmanship, technical construction expertise and solid project management.  As a home building company or as individuals we have qualified to participate in these organizations.  Our certifications and affiliations include:

Diamond Certified Award - Only companies rated highest in quality earn the prestigious Diamond Certified Award. The American Ratings Company has developed a rigorous certification process and it only presents the Diamond Certified Award to those companies who meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction.  The verification process is ongoing, and W. M. Springs Construction continues to be reviewed on a yearly basis to ensure that the highest standards are maintained. We have been a Diamond Certified company continuously since 2004. See our Diamond Certified ratings.

CCIDC - The California Council for Interior Design Certification administers the Certified Interior Designers Law under Chapter 3.9, Sect.5800 of the California Business and Professions Code. Certification by CCIDC is the highest standard of professionalism for interior designers in the State of California. At Springs Construction, our design team includes two Certified Interior Designers.

NKBA - The National Kitchen & Bath Association is a leading non-profit trade association dedicated to the advancement of the kitchen and bath industry.  NKBA education and certification are the gold standard in the kitchen and bath design industry.  Our design team includes two Certified Kitchen & Bath Designers CKD - CBD.

BUILD IT GREEN - The Build It Green organization helps Springs Construction to be a stake holder in the green building industry. Our membership helps support Build It Green's programs to promote healthful, energy-and-resource-efficient buildings in California while keeping us ahead of the curve on the latest green building products and eco-friendly construction. Mel Springs is a BIG New Home Rater and members of our staff are Green Building Professionals, GBP.

NAHB - National Association of Home Builders & Certified Aging in Place Specialist.  The NAHB, in collaboration with the AARP, have developed the Certified Aging in Place Specialist program to address the growing number of consumers that will soon require these modifications.  The design team at Springs Construction includes a Certified Aging in Place Specialist - CAPS.

EPA LEAD SAFE – CERTIFIED FIRM: Springs Construction has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402, and has received certification to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89. Certification # NAT-20446-1. This certification is required for all painting renovation and repair contractors effective April 22, 2010.
